THE High Court is at risk of being overwhelmed by the number of criminal cases that are sent to the court for trial, Judge President Petrus Damaseb warned yesterday.
The High Court currently simply does not have the physical facilities and judicial resources to try all of the criminal cases that are ready for trial in a particular year, Judge President Damaseb said during the court's annual opening in Windhoek.
