THE National Housing Enterprise (NHE) chief executive officer, Vinson Hailulu, has reportedly asked the Ministry of Regional and Local Government, Housing and Rural Development to make available money for the delayed mass housing project.
The programme was launched by President Hifikepunye Pohamba last year, when he cautioned implementers not to delay the initiative aimed at reducing the 100 000 housing backlog in the country.
