Kenya: Railway Tender Row Takes a New Twist

Attorney General Githu Muigai has distanced himself from the railway tender controversy.The AG told the Public Investment committee that he had wrote an advisory letter providing guidelines on the tendering process but was overlooked by the public procurement oversight authority.
