Tunisia: Geneva II Conference - Tunisia Satisfied of Consultations Committed to Settle Syrian Crisis

Tunis — Tunisia expressed, Friday, satisfaction at the consultations committed by the Geneva II conference to find a peaceful solution to the Syrian crisis.

In a statement of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Tunisia voices hope to see the international efforts help the Syrian people, all components included, to absorb the effects of the present crisis and restore peace and stability as part of national consensus, the aim being to help Syria focus on reconstruction and edification. Tunisia also calls for lifting the blockade imposed on the Palestinian camps in Syria and overcoming the divisions that have appeared.
