Tunisia: Workshop On "Future of Legal Framework of Employment - For Participatory Approach"

Manouba, — A workshop on "future of legal framework of employment ... for participatory approach" was organised, Saturday in the Regional Labour Union premises in Manouba as part of the "Drouce" project in co-operation with Italian Mediterranean Institute (IMED) and the European Union (EU).

The workshop moderator Nizar Othmani said to TAP news agency that the "Drouce" project contributes to strengthening the social rights of the citizens in Tunisia by means of establishing a strategy of social and civil dialogue sponsored by the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT), the civil society and the business leaders. The objective of the "Drouce" project revolves around five axes namely "social rights and social dialogue", "social rights and civil dialogue","union renewal", "employment and youth" and "governance and local development ».
