Sudan: Fire Destroys Four Residential Blocks in Habila, West Darfur

Habila — A massive fire that broke out Friday in El Salam district, Habila locality in West Darfur destroyed four residential blocks.

A citizen from Habila told Radio Dabanga that at about 1pm on Friday a big fire broke out at El Salam district in Habila, and destroyed four blocks, consisting of 12 houses. People of the nearby market rushed to extinguish the fire. The fire, however, spread quickly and was impossible to control. There is no fire brigade in the area.
