Namibian cyclists gave a good account of themselves at the African Mountain Bike Championships in Cape Town over the weekend with Herbert Peters and Genevieve Weber leading the way.
Peters won the gold medal in the Youth Boys category, completing the four-lap race in a time of 54 minutes 10 seconds to finish well ahead of South Africa's Andrew Sparks (55,03) and Matthew Keyser (55:24).
