Kenya: Nakuru Security Team to Crack Down On Criminals

THE Nakuru security team will conduct a major crackdown to flush out criminals, county commissioner Mohammed Birik has said. He said the team has identified several estates that are potential hideouts for criminals and terrorists.

Birik said immigrants in Nakuru will not be issued with identification documents. Speaking in his office on Monday, he said the police have arrested three terror suspects in the last few months. Birik said they are committed to fighting insecurity.
