Egypt: Cabinet Renews Support for Police in Confronting Terrorism

Prime Minister Hazem el-Biblawy said Egyptian-Saudi relations will be given a strong push in the coming stage to hit the level which is hoped by both leaderships and peoples.

In press statements, he hailed the leading Saudi role in supporting Egypt economically, politically, and diplomatically and in confronting terrorism.

On his part, Cabinet spokesman Ambassador Hany Salah said the visit of Biblawy to Saudi Arabia next Tuesday 4/2/2014 will focus on the economic file and discussing a wide range of projects.

In statements following the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday 29/1/2014, he said Saudi Arabia has asked its ambassadors in all countries to cooperate with the Egyptian Ambassadors on any topics they would raise.

The Cabinet said the Egyptian people support the Armed Forces and the Police in confronting the powers of terrorism which are seeking to tamper with the security of the homeland and citizens, adding the government has renewed confidence in the Ministry of Interior and its men and support them.
