THE Homa Bay county government has released five names of the 10 candidates picked as chief officers. Those selected are Meryln Agwa (Education), Duncan Osodo (Water), Evans Abeka (Finance), Julius Opala (Trade and Industrialisation) and Martin Owino (Health).
The five were named after the High Court dismissed an application by the county Public Service Board chairman Mathews Oseko who wanted the interviews of the officers stopped pending hearing and determination of a case he had filed.
