ZIMBABWE professional golfer Brendon de Jonge marked his return to form on the US PGA Tour with a great start in this year's Waste Management Phoenix Open at Scottsdale in Arizona on Thursday. De Jonge finished tied for tenth last year at the same tournament and put aside his dip in form with an impressive first round display, which saw him shoot a five-under par 68.
The burly De Jonge is the only Zimbabwean playing on the prestigious US PGA Tour and is currently the highest ranked local player on the Official World Golf Rankings on number 126.
