The National Authority for the Campaign against Drug Abuse chairman John Mututho has maintained that top management must go on leave. He said an audit report recommended that senior managers be sent on leave or step aside to allow for investigations. Speaking to the press in Naivasha yesterday, Mututho said the board asked three top officials to step aside voluntarily or else they will be forced to suspend them. This follows claims that the authority may have lost close to Sh400million in fake licences issued by the management.
