South Africa: Jimmy Carr Returns to SA

Best known for his signature laugh, deadpan delivery and edgy one-liners, British comedian Jimmy Carr will be performing in SA on Saturday, 29 March at the Carnival City, Big Top Arena in Johannesburg and on Sunday, 30 March, 2014 at the Grand Arena, GrandWest in Cape Town.

Having played to over 1.5 million people on live tours around the world, Carr's latest show, Gagging Order, doesn't pull any punches, so be sure to bring an open mind - in fact, British newspaper the Independent on Sunday referred to him as being "as sick as he is slick". And this is not a word of a lie - he's famous for pushing boundaries so expect to be entertained beyond your expectations.

His stand-up achievements to date include winning a British Comedy Award for Best Live Stand Up Tour and a Loaded LAFTA Award for Best Stand-Up. He has also received a Perrier Award nomination.

Tickets are from R371 to R743 each, through Computicket.
