Moshi — THE Controller and Auditor General (CAG) has for another time awarded the Moshi-based Tanzania Coffee Board (TCB) a clean certificate in audited accounts, the TCB Director of Finance and Administration, Mr Astery Bitegeko, revealed.
He said the clean report, popularly referred to in accounts cycle as an unqualified report, was issued for the first time, after the TCB new management, led by the Director General, Engineer Adolph Ndunguru took the office in October, 2008.
