Nigeria: Nasarawa APC Group Condemns Deputy Governor's Suspension

A group, Nasarawa State concerned All Progressives Congress, APC, members, has threatened violence over the recent suspension of the state's deputy governor, Damishi Barau, for alleged anti-party affairs.

On Monday, the state Interim Chairman of the party, Standly Buba, announced the suspension of Mr. Barau for faulting the directive of the National Executive Council of the APC that its federal lawmakers boycott executive bills.
