Angola: State Secretary of Human Rights Visits Benguela

The State Secretary for Human Rights, António Bento Bembe, arrived Wednesday in coastal Benguela province State Secretary of Human Rights visits Benguela for three-day working visits, aimed at assessing the current functioning of various organs in charge of supervising the justice administration in the region.

At the local Airport, António Bento Bembe was received by deputy governor of Benguela, Eliseu Epalanga Domingos, with whom he held brief meeting.
