WE SHOULD be outraged that a small boy was put in harm's way by placing him with hard-core trial-awaiting offenders.
We should also be appalled that a four-year-old, who had nothing to do with the case brought against his mother, was robbed of his chance to grow up and prove himself in an independent Namibia.
