Egypt: Three Killed, 10 Injured in Friday's Clashes - Health Ministry

Three people were killed in the governorates of Fayyoum, Menya and Giza, while 10 others injured in the clashes which took place yesterday between members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group and the citizens, the Health and Population Ministry announced on Saturday 08/02/2014.

In a press release, the ministry said that the injured are from the governorates of Cairo, Giza and Fayyoum, adding that four of them were discharged from hospital.
