The Volta Regional Director of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), Mr. William Hoti Mensah, says the company is working hard to improve upon its services in all the 11 operational districts in the region, through infrastructure development that would help ensure quality service for customers.
Mr. Hoti Mensah said the company was improving on its existing customer services centers in the region, as well as creating new customer services, in order to address more effectively, problems people faced in the use of electricity in some communities
