Maputo — The Mozambican government on Wednesday made a further major concession to the former rebel movement Renamo, agreeing to include political appointees in the composition of the Electoral Administration Technical Secretariat (STAE).
The Wednesday session of the dialogue between the government and Renamo lasted for about five hours and concentrated exclusively on STAE.
