Kenya: High Court Stops Arrest and Prosecution of CBK Boss Njuguna Ndung'u

The High Court has stopped the arrest and prosecution of Central Bank boss Njuguna Ndung'u over corruption allegations. DPP Keriako Tobiko had ordered that Ndung'u be prosecuted. He is accused of not following public procurement regulations in awarding a 1.2 billion shillings tender for the installation of security software at the bank.
