Tunisia: Mount Chaambi Shelled Again

Tunis — Heavy artillery has been shelling again Mount Chaambi (governorate of kasserine) in the night of Thursday to Friday, after detecting suspicious movements there, National Defence Ministry Spokesman Taoufik Rahmouni told TAP news agency on Friday.

He said that joint patrols had been deployed to tighten the grip on the groups entrenched in Mount Chaambi , supervise the paths they might follow and prevent any possible supply, reminding that the shelling is part of the military operations carried out in Mount Chaambi for several months.
