FINANCE Minister Alexander Chikwanda has taken a swipe at the Road Development Agency (RDA) for its alleged failure to distribute equipment for making paving bricks for the Pave Zambia 2000 project since August last year.
Speaking in Mansa on Friday, Mr Chikwanda said his visit to Mongu and Luapula Province had revealed that permanent secretaries and ministers in the two areas had not yet received the Pave Zambia 2000 road equipment.
