Nigeria: Troops On Mission Against Boko Haram in Fatal Accident

Several troops sent to the border towns of Borno and Adamawa states for operation flush out Boko Haram insurgents believed to have camped at nearby Sambista forest, were involved in a fatal accident along Madagali road and sustained various degrees of injuries on Wednesday.

However, the Army spokesman Captain Jafaru Nuhu when contacted kept sealed lips, but local residents said that the incident occurred on a tiny sharp bridge at Wuro Gayandi, few kilometers away from Michika town on Madagali road.
