Nigeria: 60 Million Permanent Voters' Cards Ready - INEC

Lagos — The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said yesterday that 60 million out of 73.5 million permanent voters' cards are ready and would be distributed before the 2015 general elections.

Chairman of publicity at the commission, Dr Chris Iyimoga, who disclosed this in Lagos during a session with the media said voters' cards for Ekiti and Osun States whose governorship elections have been scheduled for September and June this year respectively will be distributed between March 5th and 7th.
