Tunisia: 'AFDB Will Keep On Supporting Tunisia' - Kaberuka

La Kasbah — African Development Bank (AfDB) President Donald Kaberuka reiterated the readiness of the Bank to back up Tunisia in various fields and care to establish a lasting partnership between both sides.

At the end of his meeting on Wednesday with Interim Prime Minister Mehdi Jomaa, Kaberuka expressed consideration for the efforts Tunisia deployed to secure smooth running for the bank when it was based in Tunis, reads a statement of the Prime Ministry.

Jomaa emphasised for his part the AfDB contribution, since the Revolution, to the financing of several development projects in Tunisia relating to such fields as basic infrastructure, renewable energy and other sectors.

The Interim PM also expressed satisfaction at the wide trust existing between Tunisia and the bank and the mutual will to develop it .
