Ntchisi — Village Development Committees (VDC) from Traditional Authority Chilooko on Thursday gathered at Mbomba Court to put together their development plans that are expected to be presented to shadow councilors so that they abide to them once voted into power in the coming May 20 tripartite elections.
The VDCs prioritized school blocks, teachers' houses and bridges among some of the numerous challenges they have in their communities.
