Angola: Current Context Demands Permanent Investment in Staff Training - Military Chief

The current geostrategic context calls on the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA) to invest in recruitment, staff training, motivation and preservation of the human capital, emphasised on Thursday, in the central Huambo Province, the FAA Chief of Staff, gen. Geraldo Sachipengo Nunda.

Delivering a speech at the opening of the 12th methodological seminar of the FAA organs of patriotic education, happening in Huambo Province - headquarters of the Centre Military Region -, the top military chief stated that security and defence involve protection of borders, because terrorism, trans-national crime, illegal immigration, piracy, among other criminal actions, pose new challenges to the states.
