Angola Investe Is a Strong Tool for Diversification of Economy - Economist

The Angola Investe programme is aimed to create and strengthen Angolan micro, small, and medium-size companies, and is a strong tool for supporting the investment and diversification of the country's economy.

This was said on Friday in Luanda by the economist Manuel Lourenço.

Speaking to Angop on the results of the Angolan Government projects, Manuel Lourenço said that the programme is characterised by the distribution of subsidised interest loans.

"Angola Invest loans are subsidised and are thus cheaper that the traditional bank financing for companies, " he said.

Subsidised credit line enables businesspeople to have credit with interests supported by the Government.
