Kenya: Africa Milked Dry Through Offshore Accounts

Indeed the African continent's brush with capitalism has caused strange behaviour among the African people of privilege. Perhaps to show their excellence in the western ways, they sever the African traditions of hospitality and the inbuilt unwavering traditional and cultural duty of kin-man-ship, and instead of uplifting their own people they lead them to worse destituteness.

Teodoro is a wealthy man by any standard. Teodoro owns a $30 million, 15,000 square foot house on 16 acres; the most expensive house in exclusive Malibu, California. The house is set on a hill overlooking other mansions in this exclusive neighborhood. He enjoys, when he is there, eight fire places and a four-hole golf course. The house is furnished with 39 luxury cars, among them six Rolls Royces, seven Ferraris, several Lamborghinis and Bugattis; this is according to a documentary film, 'Filthy Rich'.

Teodoro travels in style. He has a $38 million personal jet. He is not American. His other names are Nguema Obiang Mangue. Teodoro is the son of a sitting African president. Specifically, he is the son of Equatorial Guinea's president Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.

Equatorial Guinea is Africa's third largest oil producer after Nigeria and Angola with a small population and has a per capita GDP income of about $36,000, one of the highest in the world.

The Guineans should be enjoying a standard of living higher than the British which has a lower per capita income. But they don't. They are just like us. Kenya has its own Teodoros and so do virtually all African countries.

The last Pope once said that it is in the economic field that man's soul is most at stake. And mystic Manly P. Hall noted that "materiality bestows death in that it benumbs or clouds those faculties of human soul which should be responsive to the enlivening impulses of creative thought and ennobling virtue." Wealth begets power. Power resents compassion. Indeed these fellows see more human value in themselves than they see in others. This is the role of fools whose pride is in their sin.

They have helped drain out third world resources through offshore secret accounts (tax-havens), undermining economic growth of their own countries. The west, being beneficiaries through its banking system, is happy to help them launder the money.

The west actually encourages it. The west helps these people sell death to their own people, subjecting them to hunger, wars, and leading whole nations to carry begging bowls to western institutions of money which confounds an already dire situation.

The west takes advantage of the begging by using financial mechanisms whereby it effectively gives you with one hand and takes away from you with two hands.

What these brothers and sisters need to know is that after the death of the British Empire, its capitalists re-strategized forming a formidable financial world center.

They set up a network, a spider web of offshore satellites to attract, even lure financial trade and dirty money; a kind of imperial economic kingdom, harvesting and profiting financial capital from around the globe, however dirty the money may be.

It entices the elite in the developing world to its financial power game just as it did in colonial times with the political headmen and chiefs.

The system operates very much like a spider's web. Through the London-centered web of Semi-British territories scattered around the world and associated links, the spider web catches financial business by offering lightly taxed and lightly regulated and secret hide outs for money.

The nodes include numerous territories including three Crown Dependencies, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. These may perform the bookkeeping in these jurisdictions but the real muscle work is done in London.

From each offshore node or satellite, money is drawn to the centre which is the 'City of London Corporation.' Not to be confused with the 'Greater London Authority,' that has no jurisdiction over it.

It is a square mile of real estate which has been the financial heart of the British Empire. In this way criminal and other money could be handled by the 'City of London Corporation' yet far enough from London to minimize stench from rotten money.

And so you have two cities within London, the greater London Municipality with its mayor, and the City of London Corporation with its Lord Mayor.

The City of London Corporation has no charter and its financials are not open to public accountability. It is set on a 1.22 square mile autonomous piece of land.

The British web provides the city with three things: first, the tax havens scattered across the world capture passing foreign business and channel it to London just as a spider web catches insects; second, it is a storage mechanism for assets, and third, it is a money laundering filter that lets the city get involved in dirty business while providing it with enough distance to maintain plausible deniability.

These are just some of the channels that the west uses to milk Africa and the third world dry and keep them at the bottom of the financial pyramid scheme, and our leaders are selfish and gullible to the ruse.
