IT is widely believed that children survive even in the harshest of weather conditions sometimes with very little to eat. So, you find children clinging on to life in faminehit communities such as refugee camps or in war zones.
So, it is a common belief that child rearing is a simple task that is managed by all sorts of parents -- the wealthy and those which wallow in grinding poverty. Even beggars and other socially disadvantaged citizens, raise children.
