Morocco: Aspecf Holds Its Second Meeting in Sahrawi Refugee Camps

Awserd — The Sahrawi Association for the Promotion of Cultural Exchanges with the French-Speaking World (ASPECF) held Friday its second general meeting at its headquarters in Awserd, Sahrawi refugee camps, in the presence of its members and Sahrawi authorities.

After debating the moral and financial reports, the participants approved status, elected a new board and adopted an action plan.

ASPECF was founded in 2005 by a group of volunteers, it promotes the French language in the Saharawi refugee camps and and improve levels of students to enable them to continue their university studies in Algeria, it should be recalled.
