Niger: Arowolo Sentenced to Death for Wife's Murder

Lagos — A Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja has sentenced a church leader, Akolade Arowolo, to death over the murder of his banker wife, Titilayo Omozeje.

Arowolo, who is a youth pastor at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Gbagada Parish, Lagos, has been on trial in the court since 2012 over the murder of Titilayo, a Skye Bank Staff, in June 2011 at their Lagos.
