Somalia: Security Agencies Urged to Do Something About Illegal Checkpoints

The users of the public transportation vehicles that links the road between Mogadishu and Afgooye are complaining that men dressed in the clothes of governmental soldiers are causing difficulties in the road said the Somali Parliamentary Committee for public transportation. They urged the national security agencies to do something about the checkpoints that lay on the road that linking Mogadishu to Afgooye.

MP Osman Aadan Dhuubow, who is a member of the Parliamentarian Committee for Public Transportation complained of the illegal checkpoints that have been dumped on the road between Mogadishu and Afgooye.
