Abuja — THE Katsina State Government has set aside N22 million to construct more than 40 toilets in public places to help address the problem of people relieving themselves in the open.
The Executive Director, State Environmental and Protection Agency (SEPA), Yunusa Charanchi, who disclosed this in the state capital Katsina, said open defecation was responsible for some of the diseases being witnessed in the state.
