Gambia: Man Granted D100,000 Bail Bond

Magistrate Ibrahim Kijera of the Bundung Magistrates' Court yesterday granted bail to one Alpha Omar Bah of D100,000 with two Gambian sureties each of whom should furnish the court with a biometric ID card.

This followed the application made by the accused for him to be granted bail because he said he had spent 14 days in the police cell without bail.
