Tanzania/Egypt: Yanga Out to Kill Maghreb Jinx

MAINLAND champions Young Africans host Egyptian giants Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League first round, first leg match at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam on Saturday - a repeat of their meeting at the same stage five years ago.

Yanga, architects of the biggest win at the previous round (12-2 aggregate win over Komorizine of Comoros) face cup holders and record eight-time champions Ahly still revelling in their CAF Super Cup triumph which earned them the accolade as the "world's most decorated with international club titles" with 19.
