Egypt: NCHR - U.S. Report On Human Rights Reflects a State of Confusion in Assessment of New Situation in Egypt
The US State Department's report on human rights in Egypt is unbalanced and reflects a state of confusion in assessment of the new situation in the country, Deputy Chairman of the National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) Abdel-Ghafar Shokr has said.
Shokr added that the report was a political one, noting that the NCHR was not concerned with politics but with the human rights developments in Egypt.
