Wiper MCAs' two-day retreat in Nakuru ended yesterday with a raft of resolution aimed at strengthening the party. The 122 MCAs from across the country through said they fully support devolution as provided for in the constitution.
Marsabit MCA Cecilia Sube called on the executive and legislature to show wisdom and leadership as they deal with any changes in the law, which may affect devolution.
