GOVERNMENT says it is concerned that United Party for National Development (UPND) president Hakainde Hichilema has given his Members of Parliament (MPs) instructions to continue disrupting proceedings in Parliament.
Information and Broadcasting Services Minister Mwansa Kapeya said in a statement yesterday that Parliament had its inbuilt procedures to resolve any impasse among opposing parties in the House, and that it was, therefore, worrying that Mr Hichilema was disregarding parliamentary etiquette and ordering MPs to continue with their protests on the Constitution-making process.
