A Monitoring and Supervision Commission, designed to follow the works in the ambit of the 2014 Public Investments Programme (PIP) in Luanda Municipality, was set up last February by the chairman of the Administrative Commission of Luanda City (CACL), José Tavares Ferreira.
According to a note which reached ANGOP on Tuesday, the commission is co-ordinated by the vice chairman of CACL for urbanisation, technical services and urban infrastructures, Raimundo Lobato, and comprises the director of the municipal section for urban management.
