Kano — Kano State Governor Rabi'u Musa Kwankwaso has said he will not leave the state in debt, though he inherited some from his predecessor.
Kwankwaso made the pledge when he received an award of excellence from the Leadership Hausa Newspaper, as best performing northern governor.
