Nigeria: Mimiko Signs 2014 Budget Into Law

Akure — Ondo State Governor Olusegun Mimiko Wednesday signed the state's budget of N168 billion recently passed by the House of Assembly for the 2014 fiscal year.

Mimiko said all hands must be on deck by relevant agencies to improve on Inter-nally Generated Revenue (IGR). The Appropriation Law tagged: 'Caring Heart Budget V' which the governor said was geared towards the sustenance of all laudable programmes of the administration, is made up of N71.9bn as recurrent expenditure and N96.05 bn as capital expenditure.
