Sierra Leone: United Nations Has Thanked Sierra Leone for the Participation in Peacekeeping

Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon, who spoke at the ceremony marking the anniversary of the UN operation in Sierra Leone UNIPSIL the country has congratulated the people and government of the country successes achieved. Second visit since he held office he left in Free Town of the capital, he congratulated the people of the country.

Bujumbura said Ban Ki-moon to the recovery stage as the country battles unfolding military peacekeeping and peace-building, they reached stabilize and wide.

Ban Ki Moon's acknowledgment to the government Sierra Leone that is not the effort of the African Union in Somalia, with troops in Somalia in Sierra Leone.

He also said that the appreciation of Sierra Leone government forces in Lebanon, South Sudan, Darfur, Sudan and Somalia.

He took a sample of the great progress in that part of the troops remain in the other countries in the world.
