Catholic priest and human rights activist Father Gabriel Dolan has asked the Director of Public Prosecutions to resign for failing to prosecute 4,000 cases of the 2007-08 post-election violence.
Dolan said Keriako Tobiko is either not willing to prosecute the individuals accused of violence or is unable to exercise his constitutional powers. Addressing journalists in Mombasa on Friday, Dolan said justice has not been served to many victims of the 2007-08 PEV.
