Egypt: Prosecutor Releases 104 Brotherhood Supporters

Cairo — Egypt's prosecutor-general ordered on Monday that 104 Muslim Brotherhood supporters who were arrested in clashes be released, a source told Aswat Masriya.

The source added that the prosecutor-general's decision to release the defendants came in response to their health and social conditions and in consideration for their future at school.

The defendants were charged with assembly, violence, incitement and thuggery.
