Kombo Kerewan United Sunday shared the spoils in a goalless draw with Siffoe United in the first round of the West Coast Region Football Association third division qualifiers, played at the former's football field.
Speaking to Observer Sports after the game, Abdul Karim Darboe, the head coach of Siffoe, described the outcome of the game as a fair result, noting that it is always difficult to play away from home. Winning the game, he went on, would have been a bonus for his side, while describing Kombo Kerewan as a difficult opponent to beat at home.
