Malawi on Monday took time to explain to the SADC council of ministers on steps taken to trace and track the billions of kwachas stolen since 2005.
This was the second time Ephraim Chiume, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation was explaining to his counterparts on the scandal that has seen the country lose over K13 billion ($29 million) just last year, according to the British audit firm - Baker Tilly Business Services Limited.
