Nigeria: Kwara to Name Street After Taiwo Awoniyi

Iloin — Kwara State House of Assembly has disclosed that, it has concluded plans to name a major street in Ilorin, Kwara state capital after a Nigeria player, and kwara indigene, Mr. Taiwo Awoniyi who was part of the Nigerian players that did the country proud during the last year world cup Under-17 competition held in United Arab Emirate(UAE).

The Speaker of the house, Hon. Abdulrazak Atunwa said this in Ilorin on Tuesday while receiving the player, Mr. Taiwo Awoniyi and his parents, Chief and Mrs. Awoniyi in his office, Ilorin.
