Nigeria: Conference - NULGE to Seek Scrapping of State Electoral Commissions

Kano — Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) yesterday stated that the union had concluded arrangement to agitate for scrapping of all state electoral commissions to ensure the sustainability of true democracy.

Disclosing this in Kano during a press briefing, NULGE national President, Comrade Ibrahim Khaleel said the Union considers it important to agitate for true democracy in Nigeria.
